This Company or individual has left the services of Communications by Design for one of a number of reasons:

• Expectations of a better "deal";
• Changing of the "vision" of their product;
• Conviction that there is a more "effective" provider who will give them the "edge";
• The whim of advertizing choice;
• Blandishments of other web designers and PR "specialists";
• Changing for change sake; and
• Dissatisfaction with given design/advice/expertise.

I have no quibble with any of these, except that most of them have been done without any consultation.

I believe:

Good work is done by cooperation, by listening, and by spending time to work on identifying and solving challenges/ideas/ expectations/wishes/hopes/desires.
